Magic Pictures works closely with visiting production teams to translate international budgets into realistic, Morocco-specific cost structures — and to help productions capture the country's financial incentives. Eligible feature films, TV series, TV films, docufiction, documentaries, and long-form internet fiction spending at least 10 million MAD (approx. $1M) and working a minimum of 18 days in Morocco can recover 30% of eligible local expenses through the CCM cash rebate. We guide productions through the application, approval, and reporting process, and support foreign production companies in obtaining a 20% VAT exemption certificate and opening a local convertible Dirham account to cash flow production costs.
